Title: Multigrain Buttermilk Bread (Breadmachine)

1 1/2 LOAF
1/3cCracked wheat
1 1/4cButtermilk OR 5 Tb of dry
  Buttermilk powder and 1 1/4
  C water
1 1/2cBread flour(Plus 2 tb flour)
1 1/2cWhole wheat flour
3tbGluten
2tbWheat germ
1/4cCornmeal
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbButter or margarine
2tbHoney
1/4tsBaking soda
3tsRed Star active dry yeast *
1 POUND LOAF
1/4cCracked wheat
7/8cButtermilk OR 3 tablespoons
  Dried buttermilk powder and
  7/8 cup water
1cBread flour(plus 1 tb flour)
1cWhole wheat flour
2tsGluten
1 1/2tbWheat germ
3tbCornmeal
1tsSalt
1tbButter or margarine
1 1/2tbHoney
1/4tsBaking soda
2tsRed star brand dry yeast
  (FOR ALL MACHINES)

* NOTE: for larger loaf - 3 teaspoons of dry yeast for all machines except 1 1/2 pound Panasonic/ National machines (use 4 1/2 teaspoons yeast)

Have all ingredients at room temperature, or warm liquid in microwave for 40 - 60 seconds on high.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.

After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
